Market-leading specialty insurer, Brit Insurance, focuses on underwriting complex risks on a global scale; with 500 employees operating in a range of international countries ranging from the United Kingdom to Japan and Bermuda.
Due to the global spread of employees, the yearly TRS exercise for Brit Insurance is a very important communication. Using a flexible TRS template, we worked with Brit to create one flexible statement that could be used for all countries.

They were looking for a new design which reflected the corporate brand and provided more than just salary data in an innovative way. This had to be both engaging and informative to a variety of staff in locations around the world.
The TRS was programmed using one set of data containing all employees from all countries, meaning that, for the first time, only one set of statements was produced. The statements were printed in a single print run before being distributed to members.
Carefully considered design and content resulted in a comprehensive, informative document which conveys Brit’s key messages about their approach to work/life balance as well as compensation data in one standardised, modern and eye catching communication vehicle.
